Memorial Day

I love Memorial Day weekend! Every year growing up I went down with my parents to decorate the graves in Mt Pleasant, Manti and Gunnison. I have so many fun memories driving around listening to my parents and grandparents talk about the good ole days.

I got this photo from my Aunt Lynette's blog from this weekend. It made me wish I were out there decorating with them. I love the flags that are always put up in the cemetery. I feel so blessed to live in a free country, and am so grateful for the men and women who have served and who serve our country now.


I love hearing about my ancestors and am so grateful for their examples.
