Ward Christmas Party

Each year our ward has a HUGE Christmas party, it's always decorated so nicely and lots of work goes into the night, this year was no exception. They even have Santa there to take photos with the kids!

They had a fun little workshop for the kids, they made little reindeer bags with food for the reindeer inside.

The girls were both very excited to see Santa that night!

Jenna just doesn't know how to show her enthusiasm as well as Jaida.

Then, there's Logan...this is what his face looks like if anyone other than his parents are holding him. Jenna will tolerate it, but she won't let you know she likes it.

Logan will let you know right to your face that he doesn't like you...sorry Santa!

I like how they cropped him in close from a different picture. So funny!

Mauri said...: Looks like fun! I wish our ward would do a Christmas party. :( We just tried to do pictures with Santa tonight. Michela, Hunter and Chase did great but Aria wanted nothing to do with Santa. She raided his candy bag and then ran away. I even tried sitting her on my lap and I sat next to Santa, but she didn't want to be anywhere near him! Oh well, I'll try a picture of her by our Christmas tree. Carol said...: Ha! I saw that last one of Logan on the picture site and that made me laugh out loud. Santa looks so jolly and happy and then there's Logan giving him the most disdainful look ever...too funny! We were behind you in line and I think it was even funnier in person--the way he cried but paused for a moment to look at Santa more directly, only to howl even louder. Mom: How are you feeling?

She dropped a hot tamale , Russ asked her to wipe it off before eating it, she bent over and wiped it on the driveway. 2 yrs old

Singing "If the Savior stood beside me, would I DO (pinching her sister) the things I do?" 3 yrs old

Mom: It’s Snoopy
Jenna: Sniffy?
Mom: Snoopy
Jenna: Snoofy?

Leaving the church parking lot:
Mom: She wants to come in.
Dad: I want to go out.
Jenna: I want a DONUT!

Falling backwards onto her bed (instead of TiMbEr!) she says...TiM DowN!

Mom: (Eating a chocolate covered strawberry)
Jenna: "I got one for you right here!"
Mom: "Oh, sorry, I didn't see that."
Jenna: "Are you blonde?!" (She meant to say blind, cuz I always say that to her.)

Mom: "Don't tease your old Mom." :)
Jenna: "You're not OLD...you're NEW!"

Mom: "I'm making chicken soup"
Jenna: "I don't want chicken soup! I want ICE CREAM soup! Mmmm!"

Russ and I kissed.

Jenna: "I know what you just did! You got married!"

Dad is trying to pull into Krispy Kremes to get doughnuts.

Mom: No, No, NO.

Dad doesn't pull in.

Jenna whispers to Dad: "We can go drop Mom off and come back!"

"Daddy, I want a big Mustang, so it can hold all my dresses and make-up."

"Mom, when Bubba gets big I'm gonna marry him, I really am!" "And, kisses are gross!"

"Wow!! I finished my food fast and you didn't have to yell at me!"
